Coaching, not therapy. This work draws deeply from clinical psychology, but the distinction matters — we name the patterns getting in your way and focus on how you carry that differently, in your presence, your voice, how you respond under pressure. When something arises that calls for clinical support, the appropriate response is to acknowledge it, honor it, and refer to a licensed professional equipped to hold that work. It's a commitment to doing right by the people in it, not a limitation of the practice.
No. Whether you're carrying formal influence or simply ready to deepen your own awareness and voice, this work meets you where you are. Individual Coaching in particular is built around whatever goal you're working toward — confidence, communication, the patterns you want to understand in yourself. You bring what you want to work on; together we set a clear goal and go after it directly, no title required.
Executive Coaching is sustained, ongoing work for people navigating the weight of formal influence — communication and presence within an existing role or structure, on a biweekly cadence over a 3–6 month arc. Individual Coaching is more focused, built in 6 or 12-session packages around a specific goal or pattern you want to work through, whether or not that connects to a leadership role at all.
Rates are set based on location and cost of living, and confirmed together during your discovery call rather than published as a flat number — a flat rate wouldn't be fair to everyone this work is built for, given how differently that lands across regions like Portugal, the US, the EU, and the UK. Wherever you're based, a conversation is the fastest way to know what this looks like for you.
Life happens, and this policy is built with that in mind. Sessions can be rescheduled with 48 hours' notice at no cost. Missed sessions without notice are forfeited. Each package includes one grace reschedule inside that window, no questions asked — beyond that, late cancellations are treated as a used session.
Yes. This practice works with clients across the US and Europe. Most sessions are remote — if you're based in Porto, in-person sessions are also possible. Session timing and pricing are both calibrated to where you're based.
It's a structured, 12-week organizational engagement in three phases — Intake, Identify, and Implement — using interviews, surveys, and observation to surface the gap between a company's intended culture and its lived reality. It ends in goals the team and its leaders actually co-own, not a report that sits on a shelf.
It's a leadership workshop built on the same framework as this whole practice — unconditional positive regard, empathy, and congruence — translated into practical skill across four modules: listening, feedback and conflict, emotional intelligence, and presence. It can be delivered as a half-day intensive or as a multi-session series, on-site or virtual, depending on your team.
One conversation to find your next step. We'll talk through what you're working on, whether coaching or a workshop is the better fit, and what a realistic arc looks like — no pressure to commit on the call itself. If it feels like a fit, the next step is usually Sit With Me, a deeper paid conversation that shapes your coaching plan before we begin.
A deeper conversation than the consultation — this is where we go beneath the surface to understand where you're at and what you're working toward. What we uncover here directly shapes your coaching plan, whether that's 6 sessions or 12.
